How to cancel Duolingo
You can cancel Duolingo online, in your account, any time before the next charge. The original billing provider controls cancellation and refund terms.

Steps to cancel Duolingo
- Open Super Duolingo settings
- Choose Cancel Subscription
- Confirm with the billing provider

Is there a notice period?
No notice period: cancel any time before the next charge.
Paying through Apple or Google Play?
If you pay through Apple or Google Play, cancel in that store's subscription settings instead.
What should I check before I cancel Duolingo?
- Duolingo has a cheaper plan, if the price is the problem.
- Paying yearly costs less than paying monthly, if you are staying.
- Progress, streak, and courses stay on the free plan.
